Food Laws - California Retail Food Code (CRFC)
On May 15, 2006, the Governor of the State of California approved an act modifying Division 104 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to retail food.
Effective July 1, 2007, the bill repeals the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law (CURFFL) and recasts and revises its provisions by creating the California Retail Food Code (CalCode)
These regulations are enforced by the Department of Environmental Health during the course of routine food facility inspections.

Sections 116025-116068 of the California Health and Safety Code regulations are enforced by the Department of Environmental Health during the course of routine inspections of public swimming pools and spas.
