MFF Closure

If you stopped operating your Mobile Food Facility (MFF) and wish to close your account, a written request must be received to close the account to stop renewal billings (may take 2-3 billing cycles). Account balances must be settled prior to closing the account.

Complete the MFF Closure Request form and email to [email protected]. Please use “MFF Account Closure” in the subject line of your email.
